CoinTiger OTC Risk Control Rules Update

Fellow CoinTiger Users,

Since OTC trading got online, CoinTiger has been dedicated to providing secure and convenient OTC trading services with strict risk control rules to ensure the maximized safety of the assets. It happens a lot recently that OTC cards got frozen. To ensure the safety and the trading experience, CoinTiger will take the following measures:

1. Deposit Rule Update: deposit couldn't be made with the funds of the day. The card used for buying should have no transfer-in history within 24 hours.

1. Withdrawal Rule Update: T+1. Users could withdraw the deposit after 24 hours since this deposit finishes. If the deposit doesn't cause the freezing of acceptance dealers' funds after 24 hours, the system will release it automatically. During this period, the trading function still works.

If your deposit and withdrawal are limited for these reasons, please contact online support.
