Fellow CoinTiger users,
Recently, CoinTiger has found a rare number of users (UID: 59**35, 13***21, 20***65) violated CoinTiger’s trading rules by using script trading and interfered the free and fair operation or artificially inflating the price of CoinTiger’s market for personal gain, canceling large amount of orders at high frequency and disrupt the market from operating normally or other possible illicit trading methods for obtaining malicious profit and in result of others’ losses. To protect the majority of the traders’ assets according to CoinTiger’s User Services Agreement and Trading Rules, such violations will be penalized and resolved by the following methods:
1. For the first-timers, a verbal warning will be given and users will be allowed to withdraw the principal (Total initial deposits).
2. If a user is found to trade illegally for the second time, CoinTiger will consider restricting or freezing the user’s permission for login, trading, and withdrawal temporarily or permanently.
In the traditional financial market, market manipulation and high-frequency cancellations of orders are considered as crimes. Those with serious circumstances will be convicted of “manipulating the securities market by other means” and will be sentenced or subject to confiscation of capital and huge fines. CoinTiger hopes to witness every investor gaining profits through usual ways but for users who abuse the market and profit through abnormal means, CoinTiger will adopt traditional financial market processing methods. Lastly, CoinTiger reserves the right to retain restrictions or freeze their accounts.
