Rules and Regulation
1. Users must own at least 10,000 TCH(Exclude frozen part) and completed KYC(No restriction of located countries) to be qualified for IEO. The more TCH held the more shares users can buy；
2. Delivery will not occur if a user's USDT is insufficient. Please make sure you have sufficient USDT for settlement ;
3. IEO is in limited amounts with a first-come-first-serve basis.
