CoinTiger exchange will launch the 1st round IEO project on July 16th,2018（UTC+8）.The 1st round project is Tycoon Global, here is the specific details：
1. Token Introduction
Tycoon Global Real Estate Investment Platform (hereafter referred to as Tycoon Global) is a decentralized real estate investment, trading, and management platform, which is based on Ethereum. Through a decentralized blockchain platform, Tycoon Global directly connects international investors with global real estate assets. With Australian residential development and commercial real estate management as its primary focus, Tycoon Global builds a new real estate ecosystem including investment, development, construction, project management, property management and transactions based on transparency, openness and trust.
Therefore, unlike the vast majority of tokens currently on the market, TCT tightly connects to the real estate assets and property industry, and will be used in a high frequency in residential, commercial and industrial scenarios, with greater potential for holding and appreciation. At the same time, Tycoon Global will buy back a certain amount of TCTs according to the profit per year.
2. Eligibility:
To be considered an eligible participant for CoinTiger's IEO, users must hold sufficient TCH. The shares will be applied in accordance with users’ TCH position and relevant project.
Guidelines:
Required crypto-currency: BitCNY
Conversion rate: 1 TCT = 6.7 BitCNY
Deposit: 270,000 TCT
Qualification: Every user whose TCH asset is equal to OR greater than 200,000 TCH is eligible to apply. 5000 TCH could apply 1 share （1 share= 100 TCT), everyone could apply 100 shares (10000 TCT) maximum.
Duration: 14:00 June 16th, 2018 - 14:00 July 17th, 2018 (UTC+8).
3.Rules details
1）Users whose TCH asset is equal to OR greater than 200,000 TCH are eligible to apply.
2）Users are required to distribute the applied shares to IEO-compliant accounts (maximum of five), and click “confirm” in 【Fund】-【IEO record】 of selected account(s).
3）The system will automatically deduct corresponding BitCNY and deposit TCT into selected accounts at 18:00 on July 18th,2018(UTC+8) (Please prepare the required crypto-currency in advance).
4）During IEO, TCH used for shares application will be frozen and eventually unfrozen at the end of IEO.
5）If there's is insufficient crypto-currency for applying IEO shares in a user's account during period of settlement, the due benefits will be considered as invalid, as such the IEO shares will be revoked.
6）The activity will end automatically as soon as shares are sold out.
